The Case

The patient was a 14-year-old girl with decreased vision in the right eye since infancy who did not have any acute visual complaints. Her visual acuity was 20/100 OD and 20/20 OS. The anterior segment and posterior segment examinations were normal except for the findings seen in the color photograph of the right eye. The OCT of the macula and disc of the right eye is provided. What is the most likely diagnosis? What treatment, if any, is needed?
